I have had a hard time getting enough protein into my diet and this product is great. I need between 55-80g a day and one tube almost does that for me. Blend it with some ice, sugar free juice, and even some vanilla protein powder & I can get 70g! They taste great blended, not sure about the taste on their own though. I am a fan of the grape. If you need more protein in a great taste, this is the product for you.
