Return Policy:
How to return a product:
- Please be sure that your products fall under the guidlines for a return.
- To request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), please give us a call at 1-800-376-2036 during business hours or send us an email at CustomerService@Supplements.Net.
- Please include an RMA number as well as your original packing slip containing your order number and ship to:

- Please allow up to two weeks for processing a refund.
Supplements Returns:
We will accept the return of any unused supplements for up to 30 days from the time you received your order for a full refund of the product price.
Any returns after the 30 day period will be subject to a 15% Restocking fee.
No returns accepted after 60 days nor can we accept the return opened products under any circumstances.
Bars / Food Products:
We cannot accept the returns of any bars of food items. If the item has been damaged during transit please call customer service or email us for a replacement shipment.
* Im sorry, we no longer can accept returns for opened/used supplements for any reason. Every supplement works different from person to person and we cannot guarantee individual results. If you would still like to return a product, please contact that supplement's manufacturer as they want your continued support of their brand and would be happy to assist you in finding the products that work for you.
